Family & Children’s Services of St.Thomas and Elgin is a moderate sized, progressive Child Welfare Society, developing innovative programming, and located in beautiful Elgin County between St.Thomas and Port Stanley.

We are a not-for-profit social service agency licensed by the Province of Ontario to provide child protection services in a community of over 80,000 people in Southwestern Ontario. Nestled on the north shore of Lake Erie, Elgin County is a mixture of small town, rural and vacation communities, but we are close enough to enjoy the bright lights of Toronto and London, Ontario, or Detroit Michigan.
